The twenty first century work place demands a totally new set of skills and practices to thrive in an ever evolving work environment. The new work place requires collaboration skills over individual performance.
Over 120 hours of training process all the employees get fully integrated into the vibrant culture of the organization and effectively gets immersed into the highly dynamic work environment.

Leads Empowerment & Mentoring Program
The Program intends to empower the “Leads” to identify, understand, analyze the stressors that hamper the smooth workspace engagement. It provides the Leads an opportunity to work on those stressors with a personalized intervention strategy that involves monthly reviews and progress evaluation.
The program also envisions to equip all “Leads” to be empowered to take these
interventions forward without external help after undergoing the Mentorship program of 96 hours.

Creating Respectful Engagements in the workspace
Creating awareness by engaging in empathetic conversations with all the employees can bring in the required perception shift in the organization. This workshop is to help identify the significance of creating and providing safe and trusted psychological spaces, understand the biology of mental health and provide supportive environments within the organization. Awareness and understanding goes a long way in equipping every employee with the skill of “help seeking” in times of distress, helps change the taboo associated with mental health and become supportive and responsive to the needs of others.
