Working among pre-adolescents, adolescents, youth, institutions & communities, helping designing tools to capture & categorize data, analyzing data for better understanding of the problems, helping in designing interventions in the field of Socio-Emotional Learning and equipping the faculties to capture data , equip various stakeholders collaborate, empathize, and build sustainable practices that ensure the psychological well-being of individuals and communities. Focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s)-help create Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) embedded learning environments in academic institutions thereby ensuring emotional literacy, community participation and empathetic networking among the various stake holders. Also focused on empowering institutions, corporates and other communities to effectively implement empathetic governance.
- State-wide study among 20000 pre-adolescents on the emotional disconnect among parents & pre adolescents. (2013-2014)
- Project Shine -2015-2020– An SEL embedded educational and a community empowerment initiative among pre-adolescent tribal children in the Attappady region of Kerala. Supported more than 1000 families & their pre-adolescent children. The action research was supported by Tribal Department Govt.of Kerala,Kerala Institute of Local Administration(KILA) ,Larsen & Toubro Ltd Coimbatore, Alumni Sainik school Kazhakootam.
- Project Kanmani -2017-2020 – SEL embedded educational and community empowerment initiative among pre-adolescent tribal children in the Wayanad region of Kerala. Supported more than 200 families & their pre-adolescent children. The action research was supported by Tribal Department Govt.of Kerala, Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA) , Local Self Government (Noolpuzha Grama Panchayath)
- SEL@School -2017-2020– SEL integrated approach to reduce inconsistency levels of primary children in Govt & Aided schools in Noolpuzha Grama Panchayath.
- A marginalized community empowerment initiative using SEL strategy in Unnikulam Grama Panchayath in Kozhikode District of Kerala State -2018 -2020. Supported by Unnikulam Grama Panchayth,KILA & Alumni of College of Engineering Trivandrum Qatar Chapter.Designed different tools to capture the data for different domains.
- 2021 Onwards-Building 21st century Global skills – Developing & Implementing custom designed programs for Corporate, Faculty, Parents, late adolescents and early youth – collaborate to problem solve, building empathetic networks & resilience building .
