 CARSEL (Centre for Advanced Research in Socio-Emotional Learning) finds its mission in creating positive academic learning through social and emotional learning (SEL) thereby developing skills to manage emotions, resolve conflicts and make responsible decisions.The mission is to create emotionally literate and socially supportive communities.
