Working among pre-adolescents, adolescents, youth, institutions & communities, helping design and implement custom based interventions that equip the various stakeholders collaborate, empathize, and build sustainable practices that ensure the psychological well-being of individuals and communities. Focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s)-help create Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) embedded learning environments in academic institutions thereby ensuring emotional literacy, community participation and empathetic networking among the various stake holders. Also focused on empowering institutions, corporates and other communities to effectively implement empathetic governance.
Has a Master’s in Applied Psychology. A Developmental and Social Psychologist by profession. Has done extensive action research in the field of Educational Psychology for the past 15 years. Was instrumental in conducting a number Socio-Emotional Learning Workshops in Schools and Colleges since 2011.

Helping design tools to capture and categorize data, analysing data for better understanding of the problems, helping in designing interventions in the field of Socio-Emotional Learning and equipping the faculties to capture data , equip various stakeholders collaborate, empathize, and build sustainable practices that ensure the psychological well-being of individuals and communities.
Holds a Master’s in Computer Applications.A Software Engineer by profession, she heads the Documentation and Data Analysis activities.Has been doing substantial analysis of social and emotional research data for more than a decade.Also excels as an SEL(Socio-Emotional Learning) Practitioner.Extremely passionate about making impacts and implementing strategies.

Learning Management Systems, Transit Industry, Port Operations, Banking, Healthcare, Container Freight Operations, Manufacturing and Hospitality Management.Passionate about Learning Theories and Education.
